Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams’ Daughter Matilda, 19, Looks Just Like Her Late Dad in Rare Photos

Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams’ daughter Matilda is all grown up.

On Sunday, Jan. 12, the 19-year-old was photographed taking a walk outside in Brooklyn, New York, wearing a green puffer jacket and blue jeans. Matilda accessorized with a red purse, looking like the spitting image of her late dad as she strolled down the street with a friend.

The teenager was also seen texting on her phone, walking alongside a brick building.

The outing comes one week before the anniversary of Ledger’s death. The late actor was found dead on Jan. 22, 2008. A toxicology report revealed a fatal mix of prescription drugs in the 28-year-old’s system.

Alongside Matilda, Williams is mom to son Hart, 4, and a third baby whose name has not yet been revealed, whom she shares with husband Thomas Kail.

In November 2022, Williams appeared on Live with Kelly and Ryan and joked about how her teenage daughter said the actress will be “raising kids and having grandkids.”

“She said she’s going to drop them off with me because I’m going to still be in the little kids business,” Williams said with a laugh.

Kelly Ripa joked, “If you have three you have to have four, because of triangulation,” to which Williams added, “That’s what I said after this last one, that I want another one. We’ll see!”

Williams mainly keeps Matilda out of the spotlight in order to give her a relatively normal life. The actress told Vanity Fair in July 2018 that her daughter “hasn’t had her routine disrupted and hasn’t missed class.”

“[I’m] less scheduled, less regulated, less hustle, less go go go,” she explained. “I parent to let Matilda feel free to be herself.”
