On Jan. 1, the reality TV star’s boyfriend announced the couple welcomed their first baby together, a daughter named Aurora Raina Urker.

Urker shared a snap of the new mom — whose experience as a victim of Munchausen by proxy made national headlines — cradling their baby in an Instagram post with the caption, “Welcoming 2025 with the greatest gift of all đź‘Ľ.”

The photo showed Blanchard lying in a hospital bed as she and Urker held their newborn. The two parents were looking down lovingly at their baby, who was wearing a pink hat.
